Living The Dream

  • Pray for the upcoming production on Saturday. Also, good time management in organising and co-ordinating the front of house team while still active in ministry.

  • Pray for the continual ministry work at church. Things like the preparing of sermons, Bible studies, discussions, and the like.

  • Pray for evangelistic insight for Good Friday. I will be speaking at the Good Friday service at church, in view to emphasise the need for repentance and acceptance of the Gospel.

  • Pray for the commitment to looking after myself. Not only after last week’s incident of not taking a day off, but also, in terms of my general health and well-being.

  • Pray for wisdom for decisions regarding the future. There are a few things happening at the moment (which I’ll talk about in due time) that require a great deal of wisdom to know what to do. For now, please just pray.

  • Thank God for officially graduating from my studies.

  • Thank God for his continuing provision financially, spiritually, with friends, etc. These have all been highlighted in the last few weeks and all are answers to prayers.

The other day, I was asked about my calling into ministry. Many of you have heard my story (and for those of you who haven’t, then it’s time for a coffee...hehe), particularly, my experience of how my parents responded to my decision not to completely my tertiary studies and go to Bible college instead (again, if you don’t know what I’m talking about...coffee time). It was during a time of surrender to God that the final turning point of acceptance and support came from my parents.
