Glading: Rob Andrews Leaves First District

to Find Supporters!

BARRINGTON, NJ – Reacting to news that Democrats are planning a rally for Rep. Rob Andrews (D-Haddon Heights) in a congressional district he doesn’t represent, First District Congressional Candidate Dale Glading (R-Barrington) couldn’t help but make light of the 20-year incumbent’s apparent need to seek out supporters in another congressman’s district.

“It’s no secret that a growing majority of Congressman Andrews’ constituents strongly oppose government’s hostile takeover of America’s health care system,” said Glading. “The fact that the national Democrat Party has to hold a ‘celebration’ for Rob in another congressional district should be their first clue that this legislation is a huge mistake!”

President Barack Obama’s political arm – “Organizing for America” – is hosting an event for Rob Andrews this Saturday morning, April 10^th, in Cherry Hill Township. The “rally” is described as a “health reform celebration event” to “thank” Rob Andrews for his support of the expensive and unpopular ObamaCare package. While Cherry Hill is inarguably a part of South Jersey, the township lies in New Jersey’s Third District – not within the boundaries of the First District represented by Rob Andrews.

Last Thursday, Dale Glading led a rally attended by dozens of anti-ObamaCare voters. The rally took place in Rob’s district – directly outside the entrenched Congressman’s office and just blocks away from his home.

“South Jersey voters are sick and tired of extremists like Rob Andrews who insist on spending money we don’t have,” declared Glading. “Rob can run and hide in another district for now, but he won’t be able to escape the judgment of disgusted voters in his own district this November 2^nd.”
