Fish Oil May Not Reduce Postpartum Depression After All
While fish oil may be good for mom and child's health, it may not do anything for postpartum depression. A new study has overturned prior research stating that the intake of fish oil via dietary docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) does not reduce the risk of postpartum depression.
