Coworking, what the heck is that?

It's the newest idea to hit downtown St. Louis! We offer 10,000 square feet of collaborative workspace for independent agents, entrepreneurs, startups,  freelancers and everyone in between. If you work for yourself or by yourself, we want to get you out of the house and coffee shop to work right next to beautiful Washington Avenue with other like-minded individuals!

Our first month of being open has been a great success and a lot of fun for our staff and tenants. St. Louis is excited about the space we are offering and many people have already signed up and gotten themselves or their group involved! To celebrate this, we would like to invite you to come see for yourself!
