Woolie Announcements! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi Friends, It's quite close to December now, but it still feels like fall in Pittsburgh. Luckily, Ben and I had a surprise trip to Alaska, which supplied us with all of our real winter needs. I spent all of my time there designing, enjoying the snow, and visiting with family. I even met a very nice alpaca and some cute cute cute! goats.

Patterns you have to look forward to include an Alaska inspired hat and mitten set and a baptismal sweater. If you remember, I most recently published two hat patterns:

Missoula Hat and Fairbanks Hat
I am pleased to announce that they are now available in a set of patterns - The Little Colorwork Hat Collection - along with the Sweet Potato Hats pattern. I plan to keep grouping my patterns as I get more and more that go together.
Tiny Canary was a truly fabulous market again this year. It just gets better and better. Look at the cool trades I did with other artists! Currently I am knitting away on hats for the fairs listed below and spinning yarn.

I can't even express how little yarn I had left after Tiny Canary. They nearly cleaned me out.
Although it has been a hard year over here, it was nice to have a little bit of time to think about what I'm thankful for and go visit some old friends for American Thanksgiving. That said, I am also thankful for new directions for my business. Something new and exciting is brewing! Expect it in the next newsletter. By the time real wintery weather hits us here, I'll be ready to hole up with my knitting and some nice tea for a bit (I've been out of town 31 days in the last 3 months!). A new year would be a nice way to wipe the slate clean too. I hope you all have a wonderful winter season full of warm woolie goodness.
xoxo Cosy
