October has been a month of new patterns.
First of all, I finally got the Baby Eggplant pattern up
On October 28th, the Fairbanks Hat pattern became available and its sister pattern, the Missoula Hat, is due out November 4th.
These two were originally accepted to an on-line knitting magazine. When the magazine didn't have the resources to continue, I decided that autumn was the perfect time to publish them.
In other exciting news, my mom started knitting again after 50 years, and I finally made Ben a scarf. I believe he waited nearly 7 years for that one ;) I also shared a pesto recipe on the blog this month, one of my favorite foods to put away for winter.

Handmade Arcade
The hometown show!
Bazaar Bizarre Cleveland
This one kind of runs into Handmade Arcade - so I'm doing Handmade on Saturday the 12th and driving to Cleveland on Sunday.
78th Street Studios: 1300 W. 78th St to 1305 W. 80th St., north parking lot, north entrance (behind the building) -- accessible from W. 78th OR W 80th St. Sunday December 13th from noon to 6:00 p.m. Hope to see some (or all!) of you at these shows!
