HBA Honors Foursquare Builders at 2010 MAX Awards

Foursquare Builders is honored to have received seven MAX Awards from the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin at their May 1st Awards Banquet.
In keeping with our commitment to sustainable practices, we received the first place award for Best Green Home by a Custom Builder. Foursquare’s Villa Nuevo, built in 2009 and designed by renowned Austin Architects Webber+Studio, was chosen in recognition of the quality of construction and attention to sustainable practices that Foursquare provides in every project it oversees. We at Foursquare are continually finding ways to create homes that are as sustainable as they are beautiful, and the MAX award confirms that we are on the cutting edge of green building technology.
We were also honored to receive a first place award in the Custom Builder category for Best Product Design. Once again, Villa Nuevo, was chosen for its unique construction and stunning design.
Additionally, in the individual category our own Matt Carswell received the first place award for Construction Manager of the Year for a Custom Builder. Matt’s continued dedication to quality and efficiency were the driving factors for his nomination and award.
Foursquare also took home the award for Best Website for a Custom Builder, and second place awards for “Most Unique Home” and “Best Kitchen.”
Finally, Foursquare Builders came in second place for the overall Grand MAX Award for Custom Builder of the Year. At Foursquare Builders we constantly strive for excellence in every product we build.
