Sunshine celebration offer along with a dose of inspiration

Goodness, already we are fast approaching the Summer Solstice (21 June) and Midsummers Day - thankfully the sunshine has brought along some much-needed warmth with her and I am personally celebrating two achievements this month: 1. my beloved sweetpeas have finally bloomed after 8 years of trying in vain; and 2. my health: the new regime is kicking in and I feel fabulous. I truly hope this newsletter finds you in fabulous spirits too!

Of course, now that I am rapidly approaching my 40th birthday (early July), I am so grateful to have learnt a few valuable life lessons along the way, such as the importance of PACING and living a life of joy (less stress, more speed towards our dreams and aspirations), making sure you take care of your skin in the sun (hmmm! yes, I was to be found with a slight touch of sunburn, I am ashamed to say!) and the need to de-clutter our lives, which is the topic of our most recent blog which can you read at Empowered Healer: Clear the clutter from your life

We have re-jigged our online shop and also introduced some amazing new gift ideas, such as stunning sterling silver gemstone pendants, our new handmade journals and all of our distance attunements and distance readings. Do have a browse and remember: Living Hemp moisturiser is fabulous for keeping your skin nurtured in the summer weather; if you have been caught out with the sun (i.e. slightly sun-warmed skin!) then we also highly recommend For Her Daughters, with its wonderful rejuvenating rosehip oil and essential oil healing properties. FatGrabbers are flying off the shelves, a sure sign that beach holidays are imminent!
