Quickie Flicks
Second Tuesday of the Month

Quickie FlicksOnce a month, beginning Tuesday, June 8, 2010, and continuing each month on the second Tuesday, Film Crush Collective hosts the Quickie Flicks Mini-Fest at The James Joyce Irish Pub, where local filmmakers can enter and show films of 5 minutes or less in front of an audience and a panel of judges. Once each movie begins playing, the audience reaction spurs the three judges to either let the movie continue playing or to “gong” it out and stop the movie. Each movie that plays in its entirety is then scored by the judges to determine the winner.
