Leisure Centre Customer Satisfaction Survey Look out for council’s Leisure Centre Customer Satisfaction survey in October 2009. Council will be conducting research to gain insight into how council can improve its programs and facilities offered at the Leisure Centres. Sutherland Entertainment Centre
Council is undertaking a multi-faceted research project late in 2009 on the Sutherland Entertainment Centre. The project will explore what visitors think about the shows offered at the centre and the price of tickets; what people normally do in their leisure time and how much they generally spend on entertainment; and how effective people think the advertising is. Both existing visitors and non-visitors will be targeted in the community consultation to get a better idea about what people want from the centre. If you are attending a show during September or October you may be invited to complete a short face to face survey, so look out for council survey staff! Council will also be randomly contacting Shire residents to complete a short telephone survey for visitors and non-visitors. For more information please contact Gemma Bennett on 9710 0301 or gbennett@ssc.nsw.gov.au RESULTS
