This month heralds a time of completion.  Take the time to align with the frequencies of SOLITUDE in order to CONTEMPLATE.  It’s an excellent time to learn to be ALONE without being LONELY.
 
The energy this month will begin to transition us inward as we show gratitude for all that we have.
 
MENTAL:  Focus on the positive.  There are so many places that we can focus our mind.  We are in control of this, so start each day by taking your mind to a positive place.  Set the intention to focus only on the positive aspects of life.  This habit creates an opening for you to attract more positive things to focus on.
 
EMOTIONAL:  Focus on how you FEEL about the things that you desire.  Focus on the feeling of happiness, joy, security, freedom and the essence of all that you desire.  As you bring these feelings into your body, you will attract more things that make you FEEL good.
 
ACTION:  Don’t give up!  Take action in the direction of what you want.  You don’t have to change your life in one day.  Set your intention, and then take the necessary steps to achieve your dreams, desires and goals.  Move your life forward by taking action.
 
PHYSICAL:  Be grateful for all that you have in the material world.  We take so much for granted in our lives.  Wherever you are, and whatever you’re doing, take a moment to stop and contemplate the positive aspects of your life.  Gratitude will attract more things into your life for you to be grateful for.

Dear Mother/Father God:
Thank you for all the positive things in this world that I can reflect on
Thank you for the opportunity to find out what feels good to me, and the opportunity to create more of what I enjoy in my life
Please guide my actions, that they are aligned with my complete joy, happiness, and well-being
Thank you for everything I have, and all the opportunities and choices in my life
Open my heart so that I may be open to receive
And so it is!
