Welcome to Call Brady, Computer Services Over the past 5 years, "Call Brady, Computer Services," has grown by leaps and bounds. Launched in 2004 as an after-hours job, it has grown to a full time (and then some) career. Thank you for helping make Call Brady a success!
Brady Gilbert has 9 years Corporate Information Technology experience, and has been supporting home customers for over 5 years. He is CCNA, MSDST, and A+ Certified, and in most-cases, is priced well below the Big Box stores (Read his article on Big Box Nightmares).
In addition to computer repair, networking, and virus/spyware removal, Call Brady is also a full service Web Designer. See some of his recent projects below. Below are a few that have been around for years, but are frequently popular discussions with my clients: - Find the Windows key on your keyboard. It is typically 1-2 keys to the left of your space bar, or near the top right corner of your keyboard. Press it and it launches your Start Bar menu.
- Press Windows + m to minimize every program that is on your screen. Nothing gets closed, only minimized. This is helpful when you need to get to your desktop to find a file or program.
- Press Windows + e to launch Windows Explorer.
- Press Alt + F4 at the same time to close a program that you currently have open. This can be helpful if Malware popups start showing up on your screen.
- Need to select multiple files at the same time for moving or deleting? Click an item and then hold down the "Shift" key when you click another, and it will select all the files in between as well. Hold down the Ctrl key while you select multiple files and you can select multiple individual files.
- Finally, if you commonly use Cut (Ctrl + x), Copy (Ctrl + c) or Paste (Ctrl + v) then those shortcuts will save you a lot of time.
Recent News!Greenville's Volkswagen & Honda specialists, Vintage Auto, recently underwent a website makeover. After having a site from another company for over a year with absolutely no presence on Google, Vintage became the #1 link for "VW mechanic, Greenville, SC" in less than 2 weeks! Donald and his team know these cars well, and stand by their motto: "Your car is not foreign here!"
We also recently launched Perfect Balance Natural Health, a Greenville company focused on Natural healing techniques, and are prepared to re-launch the site for the Travelers Rest Area Business Association later this month!
