C&W may have been the first to publicly offer 6 Mbps, but TBI responded by beating C&W on price. At this point and time, TBI offers the best value on 6 Mbps - $25 per mbps of service, while C&W offer $30 per mbps of service. Value = price divided by number of mbps.
