Question: Does the price of your products include shipping? And, do you ship to Europe?
Good Questions! On the web site order form there is a pull down window to select the appropriate shipping destination, i.e. United States, Canada or International. Be sure to select the appropriate pricing for your order. Any order outside of the United States or Canada would be the "International" shipping selection.
Question: I would like to order a Nor-Vise for my husband as a Christmas present. How long does it take to ship and receive it?
Typically, products are packaged and mailed within one day of receiving the order. All orders are sent Priority Mail. U.S. orders normally take two to three days for receipt. Canada, five to ten days. Europe and beyond, seven to twelve days. As we get closer to Christmas, be sure to get your order in a little earlier as the time for delivery will increase because of the holidays rush.
