First and foremost, a big Happy New Year from all of us at Koodoz Design! We hope you enjoyed the summer break and festive season with lots of rest, food and good times.
We've now been back in the office for a few weeks and we're very optimistic for the year ahead. 2010 is already promising to be an amazing year!
Here is a breakdown of what we've been up to since the our last eNewsletter:
- In December we launched www.willdisputes.com.au for Johansson Solicitors and the response from the website has been very positive.
- We have also been focusing on the launch of www.socialworkjobs.com.au - one of our most feature packed sites to date – which should be ready to launch in mid February. If you know of anybody in the Social Work or Welfare field, please let them know about the website.
- Another project which is very close to completion is the redesign of Diverse Sign Studios website, which is also scheduled to go live this month. You can visit their current website at www.diversesign.com.au
One of the newest features of the new look Koodoz eNewsletter is our 'Project Peak' section, which will aim to provide a visual reference of some of the projects we have recently completed, as well as some sneak peaks of work that is currently in development!.

By the Bay Electrical Services (BTB) specialise in electrical property maintenance & repairs – for scheduled jobs and emergencies – and have extensive experience in the domestic, industrial and commercial sectors. Their service area includes South East of Melbourne – Anywhere between the Melbourne CBD and the Mornington Peninsula.
When BTB got in touch with Koodoz Design (after being referred by J. Gardner Electric Motors), they were having difficulty gaining work as a new business. To assist them, we improved the perception of their business by enhancing their professional image and increasing brand recognition.
Some of the services we provided included the arrangement of an official domain name and email address, a basic website splash page which outlined their services and a professionally written promotional letter on a formal letterhead which targeted a specific demographic.

Blitzer & Power Innovations Australia
Koodoz Design was approached by Blitzer to create a new logo and branding system for both of the newly formed companies, Blitzer and Power Innovations Australia.
Based in Longwarry, Victoria – Blitzer Pty Ltd, a parent company, specialises in the import and export of new and innovative products. Blitzer not only distributes the technology developed and sold throughout Australia through Power Innovations Australia but also sources and develops high quality products ready for distribution on the world stage.
Blitzer currently designs, develops and distributes products to South Africa, Tunisia, Vietnam, China, Laos, Cambodia and New Zealand for their other businesses, which include Power Innovations Australia, Phase Changer Converters, SuperScooper (a finalist on ABC's New Inventors) and Parking Guard
First Angle
First Angle is a young and enthusiastic design & planning orientated company who pride themselves on sustainable design principles & professional service. With experience in custom designed homes, extensions, renovations, unit development, town planning, building permit approval and documentation, First Angle have a passion for sustainability, energy efficient solutions and the desire to produce outstanding designs.
Recently contracted to design an eco-friendly Promotional Flyer, we also aim to help First Angle achieve a stronger web presence.

Success Connections } S.M.E Networking in Hampton
Back in Issue 5, we mentioned that we had joined the newly formed BNI Hampton (Success Connections), a fabulous group of like-minded small business owners who meet on a weekly basis to increase their professional network, promote their business, gain personal development skills, refer business to other members and obtain sales leads.
To promote this fantastic group, we will be featuring one of the chapter's members each month in an effort to create additional exposure for their business and it's services.
If you are interested in seeing how BNI works and what it can do for your business, we encourage you to come down, check it out and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
We meet every week from 7.00am – 8.30am at the Brown Cow Cafe, 382 Hampton Road, Hampton. Don't forget to bring plenty of business cards to hand out and $18 for entry, which includes a selection of delicious breakfasts and coffee/tea.
