Next week is club cleaning week.  We'll be open normally for classes, but we'd like anybody who is available to pitch in and help spruce the place up for next season.  We'll be here and directing work crews from 1pm each day.

For those of you who want to attend the North American Cup (Div1, Div2, Vet, Wheelchair) in Cincinnati, the deadline is Aug 30.  There is now online registration for the NAC via usfencing.org. 

We will be closed between Aug 30 and Labor Day, Sep 6; the floors will get done then, and the staff will take a needed break.  On Sep 7, be ready to hit the ground running! 

It's time to get back into the competition rhythm! The first Friday Night Fight of the new season will be on Friday, Sep 10. There will be a Pacific Northwest Training session on Saturday, Sep 11, and the Fall Open will be on Sep 18-19. Let's make sure that when the Leon Auriol rolls around (Oct 2-3), NWFCers are battle-tested and ready to take names!
