Commercial 1031 Group Updates

- Leasing continues to be the main activity in our market, however we are working with several investors looking for quality cash-flowing properties.
- Walmart opened in Post Falls on August 19th.
- The Hayden Walmart is scheduled to open September 15th.
- GVD began construction on a new retail center near the Hayden Walmart.

Current Needs

  • 8,000 SF - 13,000 SF warehouse with Highway 95 exposure - Lease Need by June 2011
  • 2,000 SF on up for a non-profit organization.  They need lots of parking, 3 or 4 offices, and a large open room to put a stage and seating.  Lease Need and a budget of $1,500.
  • 3,000 SF - 4,000 SF retail open area on Government Way.  Needs to have a roll-up door.  Lease need.
  • Company looking for 2 offices and a conference room in Post Falls or Coeur d'Alene.  November 1 lease commencement.
  • User looking for 2,500-3,000 sq. ft. of retail with good exposure in Coeur d'Alene only.  Prefers a standalone building, but will look at everything. 
  • Business buyer with $120k cash looking for stable business to purchase in Kootenai county.
