  • Client needs a temporary warehouse in the Warren K Industrial park area.  They are renovating their current warehouse and need storage for 6 - 8 months. 6,000-10,000 sq. ft.

  • Company planning to build a 20,000 sq. ft. building in Post Falls.  They need 5-10 acres up to $3/sq. ft.  They do not need to be in the City, but need good access from I-90.
  •  
  • Investor with $150k cash that would like to buy an income producing property.  Prefers mini-storages and mobile home parks.  He also has 10 acres with a boat slip on Lake Coeur d'Alene that he is willing to trade.
