Current Needs
- Client needs a temporary warehouse in the Warren K Industrial park area. They are renovating their current warehouse and need storage for 6 - 8 months. 6,000-10,000 sq. ft.
- Company planning to build a 20,000 sq. ft. building in Post Falls. They need 5-10 acres up to $3/sq. ft. They do not need to be in the City, but need good access from I-90.
- Investor with $150k cash that would like to buy an income producing property. Prefers mini-storages and mobile home parks. He also has 10 acres with a boat slip on Lake Coeur d'Alene that he is willing to trade.
- Company looking for 5-8,000 sq. ft. of office space for lease in Post Falls only. Budget under $1/sq. ft.
- Company looking for 1-500-2,500 sq. ft. of office in Coeur d'Alene. Moving from current Coeur d'Alene location at the end of February. Prefers exposure but needs to stay under $1.25/sq. ft. full service. We will be touring spaces on Wednesday.
