- Purchase Need - Existing or previously used restaurant building in the Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, or Hayden area. Price up to $750,000 depending on the building and location. Would like good exposure and high traffic counts.
- Existing land owner would like to trade a lot he owns in a high traffic location in Coeur d'Alene worth approximately $480,000. He could add cash into a deal and would like an income producing building. Looking for a decent cap rate and solid tenant(s).
- Investor looking for prime office locations with stable tenants and long term leases. Not as concerned with return as a good solid investment. Spokane, Coeur d'Alene or Post Falls only.
