Every year, according to the Center for Disease Control, millions of people - up to 20% of the United States population - get the flu. But what about the millions of people who don't get sick? Many of them didn't get a vaccine - so how are they healthy?
The key lies in living a healthy, happy life. Following is a list of easy and inexpensive ways you can boost your immunity and improve your life!

To Vaccinate or Not to Vaccinate?
Many patients ask whether they should get a flu vaccine, especially this year with so much focus on the H1N1 flu.
But is this flu really so different? The CDC says "Most people with 2009 H1N1 have had mild illness and have not needed medical care or antiviral drugs and the same is true of seasonal flu."
Vaccination is your choice for you and your family. We encourage you to learn as much as you can before getting any vaccines or taking any kind of medication or supplement. If you do decide to vaccinate, we invite you to get adjusted beforehand to improve the body's efficiency.
For more information on why Dr. Ted and I will not be getting vaccines this flu - or any flu season, please read this article by Dr. Joseph Mercola: Why You Should NOT Vaccinate Your Children Against the Flu This Season .
Please also visit the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association's Vaccination Research.
To vaccinate or not to vaccinate, that is your question. Make sure you have all the answers you need.
