Stillwater Project Backpack Distribution coming soon This August, we'll once more be giving away backpacks filled with food and healthy snacks to local school children. You can help by donating backpacks of any style or size filled with healthy snacks(fruit leather, raisins, pudding cups, mixed nuts, peanut butter and crackers, etc.) for the distribution on August 11. Filled backpacks can be dropped off at church this Sunday or next. We'll also need volunteers to assist with the distribution on August 11, which will take place in the Hillcrest Baptist Church gym. Remember your Cowboys with Compassion commitments Don't forget your Cowboys with Compassion commitments this summer. Last week the Stillwater Project was able to serve more than 50 families in our community, and each month we provide much of the operating expanses for an orphanage in Cambodia.
